Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us at hello@modernhound.studio as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@modernhound.studio within 3 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the product and its packaging.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you in working with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Modern Hound is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
