Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@modernhound.studio. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Due to the weight and material of our products, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service when returning your order. Modern Hound is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Natural Stone Variations

Our Marble Fluted Dog Bowl is made from natural Carrara marble. Variations in color, tone, veining, and pattern are inherent to natural stone and make each piece unique. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@modernhound.studio within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, you may return your original purchase in accordance with our return policy and place a new order.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
