We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused items in original condition and packaging.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll make it right.

How do I clean my dog bed?
Our beds feature removable, machine-washable covers. Wash on cold and air dry to maintain shape and texture.
How should I clean the marble dog bowls?
Wipe with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals to preserve the natural stone finish.
Are your collars, leashes, and harnesses waterproof?
Our leather pieces are not fully waterproof, but they are designed to wear beautifully over time. We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water.
